30+ Years of Manufacturing Excellence in Surgical Metallurgy

Warsi Surgical Industries is a family-owned surgical instrument manufacturer headquartered in Sialkot, Pakistan — the recognized global center of medical tool production. Founded on the principles of metallurgical precision and clinical reliability, we specialize in high-grade stainless steel instruments engineered for demanding surgical environments.

Our core capabilities span orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, spine procedures, bone reduction, and specialized micro-instrumentation. By integrating traditional artisan forging with modern computer-numerical-control (CNC) machining and vacuum furnace heat treatment, we ensure every tool offers optimal tactile feedback, structural longevity, and biocompatibility.

We serve healthcare institutions, surgical supply distributors, and OEM medical device brands across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, delivering certified quality backed by full batch traceability.

Certified Raw Materials

High-tensile AISI 410, 420, and 316L stainless steel imported from Japan and France.

Traceable Quality Control

Milestones Shaping Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Over three decades, Warsi Surgical has systematically upgraded its production facility from hand-forged tools to automated CNC multi-axis machining centers.

1990s

Foundation in Sialkot

Established as a specialized family forging facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, building foundational expertise in hand-crafted surgical scissors and bone clamps.

2000s

Specialized Expansion

Expanded product lines to include complex orthopedic tools, Kerrison Rongeurs, neurosurgical retractors, and micro-surgery instruments.

2010s

CNC & Vacuum Metallurgy

Invested in automated CNC milling centers, wire EDM technology, laser marking systems, and vacuum furnace heat treatment standardizing tolerances to ±0.05 mm.

Today

Global Distribution Network

Exporting to 18+ international markets supported by regional sales and distribution hubs in Manila, Philippines and Houston, USA.

Guided By Principle

Mission, Vision & Operational Standards

Surgical instruments are directly linked to patient outcomes. Our operational values guarantee that safety and material integrity drive every phase of manufacturing.

Our Mission

To manufacture precision-engineered surgical tools that give surgeons complete confidence, utilizing certified raw materials, rigorous testing, and ethical production practices.

Global Vision

To serve as a reliable primary-source OEM manufacturing partner for international medical device distributors, hospitals, and surgical centers worldwide.

Quality Assurance

We uphold stringent metallurgical criteria, providing passivated, corrosion-free, autoclave-resistant instruments backed by a 6-month product warranty.

Quality Pipeline

8-Step In-House Precision Manufacturing Process

By maintaining end-to-end control inside our Sialkot facility, we ensure strict adherence to dimensional tolerances and material specs.

Step 01

Metallurgical Verification

Imported Japanese & French stainless steel bars undergo spectrographic chemical analysis and hardness testing before entering production.

Step 02

Hot Drop Forging

Raw steel is forged in high-density D-2 steel dies to establish grain direction, strength, and basic instrument geometries.

Step 03

Multi-Axis CNC Machining

CNC milling machines and wire EDM cut working tips, ratchets, and box locks to micrometer-level accuracy (tolerances to ±0.05 mm).

Step 04

Vacuum Heat Treatment

Hardening in imported computer-controlled vacuum furnaces achieves exact Rockwell Hardness (HRC 48–54 depending on tool function).

Step 05

Hand Grinding & Setting

Experienced master technicians hand-craft cutting edges, align jaw serrations, and calibrate spring tension for correct clinical tactile feel.

Step 06

Electro-Polishing & Satin Finish

Multi-stage electro-chemical polishing cleans micro-porosities, creating smooth, glare-reducing, easy-to-sterilize satin or mirror surfaces.

Step 07

Chemical Passivation

Immersion in citric/nitric passivation baths removes free iron molecules, forming a durable chromium oxide film to prevent corrosion.

Step 08

Inspection & Clean Packaging

100% final physical inspection, boil testing, ultrasonic cleaning, laser marking, and pouch/box packaging prior to export delivery.
